Half or full day onsite trainings:
Build Positive Workplace Relationships and transform challenging ones by learning to identify and flex your “People Style.” Using client workplace case studies and a social style inventory you will:

  • Determine your primary communication style
  • Identify the characteristics of the four primary styles and how each responds to stress
  • Practice style flexing to improve your communication and relationships

Based on the book People Styles at Work by Robert and Dorothy Grover Bolton

Navigate Difficult Conversations by learning a clear and simple model to guide you through challenging interpersonal interactions. Learn to listen actively and reflectively, ask curious, non-defensive questions that get to the heart of the matter, state your position clearly and without excessive emotional “leakage,” and validate your listener so that he/she feels heard.
